Who you're dealing with
Keystone Service Advisory is the trading name of KEYSTONE HOLDINGS (CAMBS) LTD. We are a business process outsourcing consultancy based in Cambridgeshire, and we work with small and mid-sized firms that have outgrown the way they handle their admin. You know the feeling. The invoice run takes three days. The onboarding pack lives in four different inboxes. Nobody is quite sure who chased the supplier.
You come to us when a process has become a burden rather than a help. We look at how work actually moves through your business today, not how the flowchart says it should. That means sitting with your team, watching the handovers, and finding the points where things stall. Most of it is unglamorous. That is rather the point.
We are deliberately small. You deal with the same people from the first conversation to the final handover, so nothing gets lost in translation between a sales pitch and the delivery team. If a job is outside what we do well, we say so and point you elsewhere. It is better for both of us in the long run.
Our work tends to fall into four buckets: mapping a process you already run, designing a cleaner version of it, managing the outsourced function day to day, or training your own staff to take it back in-house when the time is right. You choose how far you want us involved, and that can change as things settle down.
Everything we recommend has to be practical for a business your size. No sprawling transformation programmes, no jargon-heavy reports that sit unread on a shelf. You get a clear picture of what to change, what to leave alone, and what it will save you in hours each week. Plain speaking, written down, so you can act on it.
If that sounds like the kind of help you need, the next step is a conversation. You can tell us what is causing friction and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How we work
You will not get a slide deck built from guesswork. We spend time in your operation, talk to the people doing the job, and map the process as it really runs. Then we agree what to fix first and get on with it.
Work we have done
Rebuilt a three-day invoice cycle down to a single morning.
Set up a tracking routine so no purchase order went unconfirmed.
Consolidated new-starter paperwork into one clear checklist.
