Where we fit

The processes we run for growing firms

01

Document and records management

Filing, retention schedules and secure disposal carried out to your policy, whether the records sit on your server or ours.

02
03

Finance administration

Bookkeeping support, bank reconciliations, payment runs and month-end packs prepared for your accountant, kept tidy and audit-ready throughout the year.

04

HR and staff records

Contracts, right-to-work checks, holiday tracking and absence records maintained in one place, with reminders when a review or renewal falls due.

05

Process handover and training

We write down how each task is done, train your own staff on it, and hand the whole thing back when you are ready to bring it in-house.

06

Reporting and management information

Recurring reports assembled from your systems each week or month, formatted the same way every time, so the numbers are comparable.

What clients say

Straight answers from the people we work with

We handed over the sales ledger in March and the difference showed within a month. Invoices go out on the same day every week now, and the chasing happens without me asking. I get a one-page summary on a Friday and that is all I need.
They took on our order admin when we were two people short. Nothing flashy, just accurate work and a note whenever something looked off. That is exactly what we wanted.
The payroll used to be my Sunday evening job. Keystone now run it, the payslips go out on time, and I have my weekends back. When we had a query about a leaver they came back the same afternoon.
PR
We use them for the shared enquiries inbox three days a week. They keep to the script, flag the awkward ones, and customers have not noticed a change. That is the highest praise I can give.

How it starts

A short, plain process from first call to handover

1

Arrange an initial conversation

Tell us what is piling up and roughly how many hours a week it takes. A twenty-minute call is usually enough for us to say whether we can help.

2

Arrange a scoping visit

We come to you, watch the tasks being done and write down the steps, systems and deadlines. You get a fixed monthly price in writing within a few days.

3

Set up and shadow the work

We agree access, logins and a named contact, then run the first two cycles alongside your team so nothing is dropped while we learn the ropes.

4

Run it and review it quarterly

Once it is steady we take the work on fully, and every quarter we sit down, look at the volumes and errors, and adjust the arrangement as your needs change.
